Roping Staples

Roping staples are found on many freight cars between 1920-1950's.  Usually to take the place of polling pockets where a lot of injuries occured.  They are mounted on a cross-member as seen above facing down, or on the side at the end of the bolster.  Brass castings with rivet head detail.  This set will do 2 cars.
