Great Northern Y-1 Boxcab electric locomotive

As delivered in 1926, these units came in GN Pullman dark olive green (Scalecoat I #10172). Undercarrage and trucks all black. Later the red herald backgound behind the goat was used and in 1947 the Empire Builder paint scheme was used for passenger service on some units. In 1957 all were sold to the PRR. This lettering is for the as delivered paint scheme.
