Lettering set for central states Tide Water Associated tank cars (1:87 scale)

The Associated/Tidewater Oil Company owned a large eet of tank cars, with their central states division, Tide Water Associated Oil Company, with close to 1,000 tank cars. It was the largest of the Tidewater eet. Originally painted orange, the paint scheme eventually went to a simple silver and black (see over). The Warren leased cars with orange lettering eventually went to Anchor Petroleum in the late 1940’s.
